It’s Q2 2022 - What are your priorities?

April starts the 2nd quarter of 2022. How are you doing? Many of us are asking ourselves just this question. Though we know spring is just around the corner, some of us need a jumpstart. A little more inspiration and motivation would be helpful. We are moving into a transition phase shifting from pandemic to endemic, where in-person meetings are beginning to take place, and bringing staff back into the office is happening on a more regular basis.

Now is a great time to focus on clients and staff and hone in on the best ways to ensure we are doing the right things.

Three questions to ponder:

  1. How are you relating to your staff and clients?

  2. Are you focusing on their needs?

  3. What do you need to do differently as we emerge into a more hybrid working model?

Ask yourself if it is time to remaster the art of connecting. If the answer is yes, let’s talk. There is an art and science to connecting. The last two years were challenging, and cultures suffered, as did relationship building 101. There are many ways to start fresh and reinvigorate your workforce and clients. Now is a great time to check in, revisit our goals and see what changes we need to make.
